Coed program teaches skills and good sportsmanship so that players can learn and enjoy the sport of Ultimate. Small games to maximize playing time and touches. Ultimate is a fast paced non-contact field sport played around the state, country, and across the world. Our own LHS has a great varsity program with boys and girls teams which compete every spring across the state and even regionally.

In our program, we have competitive/travel boys and girls programs available for U14 and U17 players who have mastered the basics and are ready for a higher level of competition, including those who want to prepare for high school teams. For U14, it will be two half or full day events in MA.

We are very excited to have a girls team! Girls ages 10-14 will play together in a girls-only setting with great women coaches. The girls who are ready for competition will go to two one-day events, one in Amherst and one in Devens. This is a super opportunity for the girls to learn and love the sport, and to form great connections with their teammates.

For more information, please see BUDA website. Registration for all programs except U17 are through Lex Rec. If any questions, please contact program director Raphael Savir @781.862.4335 or raphael.savir@buda.org.
