BUDA Youth Ultimate Frisbee (9/15)

Ultimate Frisbee is a fast paced field sport played all over the world by players of all ages. Our local LHS has varsity teams for girls and boys, and the Boston area boasts many adult recreational and competitive teams. Our BUDA youth program welcomes complete beginners. We can work in small groups to teach the basics to some, while at the same time running more advanced drills and scrimmages with other groups. Everyone learns a lot and has a great time!

This fall, we will run our coed program for elementary age players 2:00 – 3:30pm on Sunday afternoons. Our (separate) programs for boys and girls in middle school will run at 3:30pm buda.org/U14. Our programs for high school age players will run at 2:00pm buda.org/U17.

In addition, here is some more info for any youngster interested in the sport:
We will run a (FREE) girls day clinic on 9/15 @1:30pm at DIAMOND middle school. Any girl from any town w any level of experience is welcome. We’ll have loads of extra coaches from the international powerhouse team Brute Squad. This will be a ton of fun and a great way to learn/improve your game. More info here buda.org/e/girls-day
We will run two half-day tournaments for our middle school programs. These are great ways for players to test themselves against outside competition. More info here buda.org/e/u12-u14-fall-league-2019
Our all-star caliber YCC teams (u17 and u20, boys and girls) just came back from very successful trips to Blaine, MN, where they competed against teams from across the country. Our U20 boys came in #1 (!) and our U20 girls #3 (!) This was an amazing accomplishment for them, and a great experience for all four squads.
