LexGetScreened: Let’s Do Our Part, Lexington!

Why should your student(s) participate in the LPS COVID-19 testing program?
LPS is providing a free saliva COVID-19 testing program for all Middle and High School students as an additional safety* measure to maximize the in-person learning opportunities in our schools and further prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Your student participating in this testing ensures their greater safety, through the proven use of PCR saliva tests to identify asymptomatic cases before further spread occurs.
Despite the fact that vaccinations have started to be administered, the reality is that your student may not be vaccinated until Summer. Therefore, we strongly encourage students who come to school in person to participate in this testing. The more students that participate in this testing program, the more accurate our safety measurement will be.

The success of this COVID-19 testing program depends on YOU and YOUR STUDENT!
