Kits distributed to students on Monday May 3rd; Samples returned on Tuesday May 4th
Going forward, pooled testing is now on Tuesdays! Students will test each week they are learning in person. Make sure to read the most up to date instructions at the LPS LexGetScreened website.
- Test kits will be sent home on Mondays, and samples must be returned on Tuesdays of the same week for ALL grade levels.
- Parents have to register each LPS test kit every time you send in a sample using the LPS COVID-19 Registration Form.
- For K-5 students only – In order for your elementary K-5 student to get on the distribution list to receive a testing kit from school, parents must complete the ONE TIME OPT-IN FORM.
- It is now even easier to do the test! Mirimus recently confirmed that saliva samples can be collected the Monday afternoon/evening BEFORE the test is to be returned the next day. The saliva sample must remain at room temperature.
