Rock the Lot (9/24)

The Library, in partnership with LexFUN!, the Foundation, and the Friends of Cary Library, is hosting a Rock the Lot! event for families on Saturday, September 24 from 11:00 am – 2 p.m. The event description is: 

Join Cary Library and Friends to Rock the (Parking) Lot on Saturday, September 24! This fun family event, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, will feature a Rockabye Beats Concert, Local Authors Storytime featuring Josh Funk, Heather Lang, Hannah Voskul and Maya Tatsukawa, Giant Bubbles with Mr. Vinny the Bubbles Guy, fantastic crafts and special guest characters! The Friends of Cary Library also will be offering a terrific selection of gently used children’s books for purchase. 

Is all this activity making you hungry? A wide array of yummy food will be available for purchase from food trucks from The Chicken N Rice Guys and Clyde’s Cupcakes. Rock the Lot will be at the Cary Library Parking Lot, which will be entirely blocked off. It is sponsored by Cary Library in partnership with LexFUN, the Cary Library Foundation, and the Friends of Cary Library. Rain or shine, we’ll be Rockin’ the Lot! Questions?
