Year-Round Partner Sponsorship

Partner Sponsor: $200
Be featured throughout the school year.

  • Website Feature: Your logo displayed on our website.
  • Newsletter Spotlight: Feature your business, including a link, description, and special offers, in one edition of the Weekly Buzz, reaching over 800 unique email addresses. 
  • Flyer Distribution: Send a flyer to families highlighting your offerings with proceeds sharing—a portion of your sales supports PTO programs.
  • Estabrook PTO Partners Directory: featured in our partners directory, which is shared with our network of teachers and nearly 500 families.

Run of the Mill 5K Sponsorship

Event Date: Sunday, May 18, 2025

Run of the Mill sponsor: Contribute a monetary sponsorship ($200-$1000) or donate services or goods for distributing branded swags on the race day.

On Sunday, May 18, 2025* Estabrook Elementary School in Lexington will hold the 16th Annual Run of the Mill 5K. The Run of the Mill benefits arts, science, and social studies programs supported by the Estabrook PTO. The Run of the Mill promotes health and fitness and is popular with our families and the surrounding community. Contact Estabrook5k@gmail.com with questions.

We have been fortunate to receive tremendous support from local businesses in the past, and this year, we are making it easier and more valuable for businesses by offering additional brand exposure opportunities and providing details earlier in the school year.

If you become a paid sponsor by 3/31/2025

  • Website Feature: Logo on Estabrook’s website all year
  • Newsletter Spotlight: Featured in one issue of the Weekly Buzz Newsletter, including a business link, description, and special offers.

Available sponsorship levels:

Gold Sponsor: $1000

  • Acknowledgment at the race as a Gold Sponsor
  • Acknowledgment in race announcement email sent to the Estabrook community
  • Name on Run of the Mill 5K Facebook page with link to your website
  • Name or logo in LARGE scale on:
    • Starting Line Banner
    • T-shirt
    • Sponsor Board at race after party
  • Company brochure, business cards or swag in runner’s registration bags or on registration pick-up table
  • Option to host booth at the race after-party

Silver Sponsor: $500 

  • Acknowledgment at the race
  • Name on Run of the Mill 5K Facebook page with link to your website
  • Name or logo in SMALL scale on:
    • Starting Line Banner
    • T-shirt
    • Sponsor Board at race after party
  • Company brochure, business cards or swag in runner’s registration bags or on registration pick-up table 
  • Option to host booth at the race after-party

Bronze Sponsor: $200 

  • Acknowledgment at the race
  • Business name or logo posted at one of the following locations; requests for a specific location will be first come, first served
    • First Aid Tent/Estabrook Patio
    • Mile Markers 
    • “Jim Banks Kids Fun Run” Medal and Water Table 
    • Post-Race Party Signs 

Note: Donations of goods for the post-race party may also be considered towards sponsorship levels.
