Summary of Findings from Racial Equity Focus Groups

In December 2020 our diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting partner, All Aces, Inc., held facilitated focus groups with representatives from cultural and community groups, Town staff and committee members, and other interested community members.

All Aces staff compiled the feedback from these focus groups and provided a summary of their findings.
