“My Truth Is…” is Lexington’s annual poetry/essay writing competition hosted by Town elected and community leaders. Lexington High School Creative writing club and Poetry Club teams are partners in this effort. All students between 3rd to 12th grade (or age 22) are eligible to submit their story by May 10th. An award ceremony will be held at the town center on May 30th.

“Immigration Stories” is an essay and art competition open to youth and adults, hosted by the Chinese American Association Lexington and Lexington Council for the Arts. Top entries will receive Golden, Silver and Bronze awards. Winning entries will be featured in a public exhibition and storytelling event to be held in late May

Such stories reveal the rich inner lives of our students while giving them a chance to shine. We encourage all students to come and share their stories with Lexington.
